Biography

Manyu Zhao is an animator and illustrator. She is trying to combine vibrant colour with hand drawing textures through 2D screen in wide context.

 

Bingfan Feng is a 2D animator and illustrator, dedicated to creating 2D commercial animations, creative animations, creative illustrations and  children's illustrations.

 

 

Artist/Director Statement:

This 2D animation is a client project for UAL Dis- ability Service, which is commiteed to promoting inclusively and diversity in all aspects of its work.
The Disability Service works with students who have long-term condition, or a specific learning difference, which significantly impacts on their studies. We want to deliver an animation with bright colour, delight mood, visual clarity, and LGBTQ friendly content which invite every student to watch and ask for help. We draw scenes frame by frame and mimic the effect of motion graphic through transitions. This project meet the specific requirement from our client, and aligns with our goal of using animation in commercial communication while stay personal artistic style.
